Today, the site is run by Mogsy, a long-time lover of fairy folklore, fairy gardens, and the magical world that surrounds stories of fairies, fae, and fantasy creatures.

How All About
Fairies began...

All About Fairies was originally created in 2008 by Sherry and Bill, who shared a love of fantasy, storytelling, and the sense of wonder that fairy tales can spark.

For Sherry, that love began early. As a child, she was fascinated by fairy tales and stories like Peter Pan, and she carried that sense of imagination with her into adulthood.

Bill brought a deep interest in fantasy, especially The Lord of the Rings, along with the curiosity and web-building experience that helped shape the site itself.

That original spirit of wonder is still part of the site today.

Since 2025, All About Fairies has been run by Mogsy, who is continuing the site with a focus on sharing easy-to-read articles, folklore, magical places, and fairy-inspired ideas for readers who enjoy exploring this world for themselves.
